This little hotel is fine! The lush garden area and beautiful outdoor swimming pool. Breakfast in the garden dining area was a good experience. The freshly brewed coffee and made-to-order meals were just perfect.

My stay at Refugio Huasteco was truly exceptional! The staff were attentive and made me feel perfectly at ease from the start. The cleanliness of my Deluxe Room was outstanding, and the cozy atmosphere really felt like a home away from home.

It would have been beneficial to receive more suggestions about local activities from the hotel, as it felt a little lacking in guidance. Another downside was the absence of dinner options at the hotel. Although the owner offered the option to arrange a private chef for future visits, it didn't quite address the immediate need for dining on site during our stay.

Staying here was a fantastic experience! The deluxe room was not only spacious and clean but also had a lovely aroma that reminded me of a spa. The breakfast was truly a treat, served in a beautiful garden setting where I could enjoy freshly made meals. Being just a short walk from attractions like Cascadas de Tamasopo made exploring easy and fun. I highly recommend the taco truck on-site for a delicious taste of local cuisine!

My stay was absolutely unforgettable! From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was in a beautiful oasis, with incredibly clean and spacious rooms that smelled like a spa. The staff went out of their way to make my visit special, including setting up a lovely dinner for my mother and me. Additionally, they provided an excellent guide, Mr Jorge Castilla, who took us around the area. The only thing I would have liked is more dining options on-site during our stay.
